Jyotsna Punjabi

Definitely the best Pakistani drama ever. It is a multi-layered story, driven by the journey of two very different persons thrown together by destiny. It also shows the travails and tribulations of the people around them. Both Hania and Fahad come across as very real people drawing the audience into their lives. The series move at a comfortable pace and you find yourself slowly but surely rooting for Mustafa and Sharjina to be happy together and overcome the challenges that life springs up. The acting (especially Hania, Fahad, Javed Sheikh etc) is realistic and commendable. Dialogues are also very good. Throughout the series you keep realising that money (or the lack of it) does not change people, it only reveals one's true self. The best part is that it ends on a positive note.

A very positive movie for Punjabi cinema. Depicts the spirit of Khalsa without going overboard. Strongly recommended!!
