One of the most necessary shows on television. As it carries a lot of the tradition of the original series, it pushes boundaries in how it converses about hot topics of the current day, using magic--not just western ideals of magic, but traditional indigenous and Yoruba practices as well--to really support the claim that this is an inclusive, progressive, and entertaining production. Not to mention that all the regular and recurring actors are exceptional in embodying their roles (the Emmy's need send those trophies to Madeleine Mantock and the show's costume/hair design crew ASAP).
