I read some of the negative reviews then I read Vivian Herrero's review and that intrigued me to watch the film. And I'm glad I did, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It takes one who is familiar with all parts of a cultural society to understand the characters and their struggles, then to keep up with the plot and as it comes full circle at the end.
