I once heard someone say that a movie should not be criticized on the way the plot lays baren in front of you, but if the film succeeded in what it was trying to convey. The newest Godzilla movie was ridiculed for having too many monsters, yet fans desired that it have even more mayhem because that's why they came to see. Regarding 6 Underground, it's ridiculed for having too many explosions and fight scenes but that is just Michael Bay's style. I understand that some people may not find this film to their liking, but I wish that those same people comprehend that other people may enjoy this genre of movies.
By the way, I'm pretty sure the quote is Jeremy Jahns but I don't remember.
