After doing PhD in Sociology, I have discovered a new theory under the caste system which I have named 'Unorganized Theory of Dalits'. Sociologists and sociology students must give us their suggestions and guidance on this. D.unorganized theory= D -Dalit 1.Ch.D= chamar Dalit 2. Non ch.D =non chamar dalit , Even today, among the Scheduled Castes, the non-Chamar castes which include Khatik, Paswan, Dhobi, Pasi Valmiki, Hela etc. look at the Chamar castes as smaller than themselves and consider them inferior even in food and living, with the same behavior among the Dalits. Caste feelings and supremacy begin to develop and the organization becomes weak and the entire blame for their lagging behind is given to Brahminism.
