I was a fan of the Fear Street trilogy and was eagerly anticipating this entry. My God, this was terrible. I was stunned at the terrible acting and direction of the film. The actress who played the bully was utterly devoid of talent and sucked the life out of every scene she was in. Nearly everyone was dreadful and the plot moved at a disjointed snail’s pace. I wonder if some of these “actors” were actually just cast because they have a lot of followers. Absolutely amateur in the worst way. The director should never be allowed to ruin another project.

Pretentious nonsense. The overall idea is something I could have gotten behind if in better hands. The trouble isn’t necessarily that of the lead actress but more of the self described “visionary” Amanda Kramer. Every single film of hers is the self indulgent “I’m a genius” while saying absolutely nothing. It dares critics to call her bluff. It’s all self absorbed garbage that truly says nothing.

This was an utter waste of time. Utterly pretentious. First class: I’m young and no one has ever felt this before. Spoiler: We all have.

Stunning film with beautiful performances. I’m still in awe. Speechless.
