Performances are the biggest positives of this movie, along with the production quality. All actors have done a great job, it is a visually appealing movie with some really amazing moments. The movie could have balanced b/w politics and showing why Oppenheimer was considered good enough for such a project (apart from his past which he mentions in a dialogue to Gen Groves).
The score is awesome, but sometimes overdramatic, drowning out some of the dialogues to an extent you cant make out what was said on the screen.
Too many scientists are introduced in the movie whom we remember from our high school books. If you look their names up in Wikipedia, most of them have a Nobel Prize. the movie should have clearly made a judgement on why Oppenheimer deserved a movie while others did not. That does not happen.
Its a pretty good film to watch but Nolan has made better!!
