Obviously love Fassbender but this film in a word is: boring. Aside from a couple good monologues, you are constantly told about how good of a killer this guy is and then all the evidence points at the opposite. With each kill fumbled after the next, it’s alluded to that he is self-sabotaging which I can only imagine is a metaphor for the directors sabotaging any attempt to make this film engaging for more than 3 minutes at a time. This film could easily have been 10 minutes long and it would have been 10 times better. Oh and also it is soaked with in your face product placement so I’m sure they made loads of money.
