One of the WORST APP in Dubai. They are very unprofessional and uneducated. They picked up a product which was near to expire even after mentioning in the app as a note. When I checked with the delivery agent he simply told me it not my job to check if the product is expired or not it's the responsibility of the picker. And he also mentioned do not waste his time. And he was very rude. I physically had to visit the shop to get it replaced. I used the app for the first time and it was a nightmare. Will never use this app again. Noon management please look into these matter as your name is involved as well. Will not recommend NOW NOW app to any one. There are loads of app available other then this.
