These books take us on a journey from a crappy apartment in Nashville to a Penthouse in New York City and a quick visit to a small country town in Kentucky. The main character Holly Wix is a struggling music artist from Kentucky who’s now living in Nashville trying to make her dreams come true while fighting the unreasonable record label that doesn’t care about her career. She’s an independent young lady familiar with watching her own back, but will that change when she meets billionaire playboy Creighton Karas? Throughout this series I especially loved Holly’s close friend Tana Vines, a successful country music artist. From the day Holly and Tana met, Tana became her main source of support and personal advice contributor. Join Holly as she builds her Music Industry career, juggling rumours and a billionaire who just might be falling in love with her. The quality of the writing and the storyline make this an amazing series and one of my favourites! I recommend this book to anyone who wants a fast-paced erotic romance with little emotions and lots of spicy bedroom scenes. If you prefer innocent romance books, I wouldn’t recommend this book, as it entails coarse language and detailed spice. I gave this series a five-star rating as it’s entertaining, well-written and just an overly great series!

This story takes place in a close-knit community, Sweetbriar Cove—a small town, (everyone knows everyone kind of deal) on Cape Cod. Poppy Somerville is a romance novelist and a runaway bride, she believes in soulmates and happily ever after, she’s hiding her doubts about love and if she’ll ever get her happy ending. Cooper Nicholson is a contractor, working next door to Poppy’s new residence. He’s a grumpy man and is constantly buried in his work. Cooper thought he had found his one true love and had blown it, leaving him scarred. He lives in the past and is sure soulmates don’t exist until Poppy Somerville returns to town. Join Poppy Somerville and Cooper Nicholson as they deal with their pasts and overcome the challenges of writer’s block and broken hearts, while still searching for their happily ever after. Meant To Be is a well-written novel. I could feel the characters’ pain and joy and understand their frustration and fear. There is a good amount of humour in this book. If you love a small-town romance read with the right amount of spice and romance, this book is for you. However if you prefer to read Erotic Literature this isn’t the book for you. I gave this book a five-star rating as it’s interesting and entertaining. I love the storyline and all the characters.
