Dip Dap has burnt two pants of mine and claimed that 'they received them' like that. They clearly burnt them while ironing them as i checked the pants before submission.When i raised this issue with them, the managers didn't even contact me. Very unacceptable, lack of professionalism, and THE WORST laundry company. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CLOTHES.
