When we're last shown "Pat," she says to him: "Anytime, James! Any place!" Bond's reply: "Another time, another place," is a foolish lie & as the film unfolds, 007's womanizing continues & poor Pat, who loved James, we must assume is left heartbroken by his cruel rejection of her true feelings for him.
