I thought this movie was really good because it ties the first and second movies together. Only insidious chapter one and chapter two. A lot of people say “it doesn’t make sense with all 4 films”. It’s not supposed to connect all four films it just connects the first two. I like how the ending ties it together it didn’t leave us wondering what happens like with that infamous gasp in the previous films. It finished on a good whole and complete note. There were a lot of jump scares as well so it delivered on the scare factor very well.
