I normally enjoy watching the CBS morning program weekdays and Saturdays. However, the story this morning (3/2/24) about private clubs was as ridiculous as the clubs themselves. The rationale (community?) stated by one member for joining the clubs is just as hollow. Another member says she was tired of being isolated during the pandemic. So she joins a private social club where she can be just as isolated. Go figure. CBS should be embarrassed for airing such a story.
