As a mom who lost my 19 yo son to suicide just 18 mos ago, this show was VERY difficult to watch at times. The pain the family expressed from the loss of their son/brother was unbearable at times because it was so real and hit so close to home. In some ways, it was therapeutic. The writers did an amazing job, along with the actors who did such a realistic job of mourning parents.
