I can't claim to have suffered from depression or anxiety ever in my life, so this book is especially helpful to me in understanding what others feel, and how to help them. Staffan has encapsuled the feelings of others, and this does him much credit, because he himself is a light-hearted and loving extrovert: he just happens to have an extraordinary degree of empathy with so many less fortunate than himself, or myself. I have known and loved him for about 20 years, and never realised the depth of his compassion. This book will help so many people who can scarcely match his graphic and interpretative skill. It is a masterwork, and will come to be recognised as such. The world needs this book.
