Full disclosure, I am Eric's Uncle. That said, I really liked the writing style, easy to read and while I am not normally a self-help reader, the material resonated with me. I could relate to Post-Deployment as I experienced just what you described when I got back from the South Pole... not combat by any stretch, but a tough environment where you had to get along and work with everyone to survive the weather. I think that the this book would be ideal for many of my colleagues, especially the "boss" who would benefit from reading your recommendations for managers... The guidance on cultivating and building positive skills could really help the culture and productivity at work. I have recommended this book to several folks, mostly Veterans, since that's who I work with outside of my teaching role.
