I thoroughly enjoyed this.The writing is clever and witty with a warm ' knowing' tone.Full of internalisations from Brodie.
A mix of humour,excitement and brief panic.
The plot is a murder within a murder,with the framework of a chaotic Murder Mystery entertainment.The obligatory snow- storm,an old- school aristocrat,a crumbling stately pile and a invalided young soldier- hero add to the mix.
Great fun all round!
