By far one of the best cookbooks I’ve ever used. Purchased in 2016, I frequently use this book throughout the month for inspiration m. With a simple to read format, instructions that don’t assume you’ve gone to culinary school, multiple ways to substitute and tweak a recipe (making an apple crisp and followed by how to substitute other fruits into it) and little tips and tricks in the margins, it’s perfect for beginners and seasoned (pun intended) cooks. The cookies and desserts sections are especially well done and the recipes have yet to disappoint
