They expect you to create reports without any errors, yet provide poor training. They do not give you enough time to learn and the people are very disrespectful, treating you poorly. Your team leader and team never assist with the work, and they use outdated tools and software. I advise against joining this company if you have any other opportunities. It will save you from experiencing mental distress and other negative impacts on your well-being.
