We were really looking forward to an evening here….. but unfortunately left disappointed. Although there is no doubt that the garden is a beautiful setting, the food was mediocre. The side salad….. taken out of a bag and not dressed, was so very disappointing…. Why oh why weren’t we delivered a lovely tomato salad!…. A little garlic, some olive oil….. it would have shown some care. The steak itself was overdone…(we ordered medium rare…. And the meat was under-rendered, and not left to rest for long enough. The service was great, everything delivered with a smile!….. but oh dear, there needs to be more thought here…… good reviews only last as long as good food!
