A hideously incoherent mythology; endless bickering between the hero brothers; a pantheon of angels and demigods whose higher nature means nothing but more destructive power; a God who isn't the source of all being but just another self indulgent jerk; laws of the universe that endure a mere episode.
But there's lots of destruction, gruesome death, manly angst, and earnest discussion of what 'must' be done...if that's your thing.
