I Love the show. My husband and I had planned a pit stop in Colorado on our way to Vegas. We took Daymon's advice, and went to Big Mac and Little Lu's seafood shoppe specifically for the amazing "Hog fish," however, that was not our experience. Our meals did not look or taste like Daymon's. My hog fish was definitely over cooked, batter was burnt in spots. Vegetables were not done. My husband crab legs were cold, watery, and rubbery. Oysters were over cooked as well. Very disappointing.
