Tonight so episode an opioid addict refused narcotics and they depicted an inhuman surgery without anesthesia. They could have used non opioid local anesthetics or done a non opioid spinal block. Depicting bad medicine to make painful drama. Hard to watch when you know it is unrealistic in an otherwise good show.
