Disclaimer- I did not watch Arjun Reddy before watching KABIR SINGH. In an instance I loved the performance of Shahid Kapoor and it grew over me with the length of the movie. The movie has nothing to do with the feminist opinion or approach towards the love and relationship. Don't go to watch that. It's purely an individual's mindset and way shown towards his live life and I LOVED IT. Shahid is AWESOME to the core. Feeling his mind was easy. He has worked hard and it shows. He was able to attract towards the character. Kiara was sweet and loveable but there was not much scope for her to showcase her acting and its not her fault. The movie is such that she did best what was meant for her. Supporting cast to include Shahid's friends were good. So we're his family members. Suresh Oberoi justified the minutes given to him as a father. The STORY is different what you see on screen in terms of cinematography. It's relatable. It's convincing although you wouldn't like that to witness that in real life, and that s the real impact of the movie. The direction is good, however few loose shots don't justify the pace and rhythm of the story. End part needed some build up, director tried but couldn't justify the writing. I loved the movie. One of THE BEST OF SHAHID KAPOOR. Better than TOMMY SINGH of Udta Punjab, meaner than Kameeney. I think I can watch this movie one more tym.
