Excellent book for all ages. It reveals a process to develop your potential and growth for the whole person. Many examples by coach tressel on how he did this through his experiences while coaching at Ohio State and Youngstown State. A good resource for anyone but particularly those in leadership of any kind including as a parent. Appreciated his emphasis on the importance of one's relationship to God while sharing his experience.
