I used to love Law & Order. Now, every week the formula is the same. There's a defendant that evokes some kind of sympathy and halfway through the prosecution, the characters played by Hugh Dancy and Odelya Halevi soften from their desire to convict the criminal. The flagship show of the Law & Order franchise is sinking. Thankfully, SVU and Organized Crime are still well written.
