After viewing all 6 episodes, I am disappointed in the director, writers that in order to justify the Breaking of the Star Wars. Canon; introduction of new cast members (Reva, Tala, Leia) into disjointed story lines. (The cast was okay) but the dialogue and the story itself was unimaginative.
The ending of episode 6 with Reva on the verge of killing Luke at Tattotine, only to get flashbacks to the tragic day of Order 66 and to allow a member of the Empire to become so overwhelmed by such memories it froze her ability to kill Luke, but did not take any aggressions towards Obi Wan, the other person she has been hunting for Vader.
The excuses of the series being rushed through production is one. But the flow of the series with the need to break with the original Star Wars canon, without the insertion of Leia (getting to meet Obi Wan so early in her life) and Reva that sometimes it seemed the focus was on them and not on:
A) Vader quest to find Obi Wan while still healing from his original wounds
B) Obi Wan protection of Luke by bringing in Leia at this phase of the story has upset the fan base.
I won’t be watching the 2nd chapter of Obi Wan Kenobi. Unfortunately Deborah Chow, is not the right fit as a director nor were the wriiters for this series - they ruined it….only glimpses of acting by Ewan and Hayden may have saved this disaster.
