I absolutely HATED this movie. Could be because I'm a firm believer of leaving originals alone! But eyy, whatever. I found myself wanting to leave more often than not. Which is not good because I give ALL movies a chance. I fell asleep twice! Which NEVER happens, like EVER! And my movie going party..., forget it. They were sleeping by one hour in! And the "special effects."🙄 Seriously. We least make me feel like this unrealistic thing that's happening is real.🤦🏾‍♀️ I mean alot of what was happen looked very unreal. The original versions effects were much more believable. Totally ruined a good movie memory for me. Those are almost 3hrs. of my life that I'll NEVER get back.👎🏾

I absolutely HATED it! My movie going party & the entire theater felt the same as I. Now don't get me wrong, there were definitely moments that made you think beyond what was happening on the screen, but still.., no thanks. My niece Definitely fell asleep more than half way through; which she tends to do if a movie sucks. But, to each's own.🤷🏾‍♀️

My movie going party & I enjoyed this movie. We knew there would be a chance of it being a stupid movie w/ lack of scares & jumps, but it was still worth a shot. It was cute. Nothing bad to really say about it. It probably could've been on Netflix opposed to the big screen, but it's cool. Not really sure how to describe the movie, it was just fun. My niece stayed awake the whole time, which typically doesn't happen if a movie completely sucks! It got me ready for my favorite time of the year, Halloween! Ready for haunts & frights. That's the mood I left in.🙂
