I'm not sure why this movie is getting all the hate...but I thought it was pretty good...it's not a carbon copy of the original..it's drastically different..they did a good job of building up the romance of Eric and shelly..and the action was solid..they didn't overdue anything..and soundtrack fit the scenes..not a masterpiece by any means..but its worth the watch
