A brutal satire in the vein of Office Space with added nihilism, less hope, and set the neo-feudal economy Millenials have inherited. Mostly taking place in a generic XYZ corporation that produces everything from smoothies to weapons, the two main characters abandon life goals for the mediocrity of middle-management.
Constantly abused by their bosses and finding their only escape is to inflict the same pain on their underlings, the required subservience to Hampton-DeVille extends into their personal and social lives. The actors perform as though they've worked soulless, hapless work before and a sharp script and believable setting make it a darkly hilarious show.
Basically a prequel to Idiocracy, Corporate is a must watch for anyone who's toiled under a dictatorial CEO, an apathetic HR manager or the ironclad rules governing CCed and BCCed emails.
