The movie follows a simple prompt. Popeye The Sailor Man has gone rogue on toxic spinach. A group of younger college students follow the idea of shooting some sort of project based around the old docks and factory shutting down that once produced such spinach. The movie has great shots and a simple filming location, The acting and dialogue falls extremely flat, with nothing more than baseless rants and terrible reactions to things happening around them. Besides really the girl that plays "Katie." She has more desire to have some standout moments and better on screen reactions to her surroundings. The character design of Popeye didn't use CGI. A huge plus in my book, making him stand out as a unique design. Some of the killings in the film had some moments for the film. Overall it was mainly a cheap money grab.
