I only have it on Switch, so can only speak for that. TJe gameplay is pretty easily the best in the series in my opinion. However, it's full of bugs, incredibly laggy, the UI is one of the worst I've ever seen, and the controls are clunky and unintuitive. It feels like trying to play a game from 10-20 years ago. There are also several features missing entirely, most notably the lack of hotseat multiplayer. It's fun, and a lot of these problems will probably eventually be fixed, but I can't recommend it whatsoever in it's current state.
