Great documentary. This was one of the first plant-based documentaries my husband and I watched. It really made an impact on us. We went plant-based first but have since learned more about the ethics and environmental impact of eating animals. We have been vegan for 3 years next month and our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!
We feel So Good and have better memory and recollection than we used to. My husband reversed his pre-diabetes and lowered his cholesterol. We're ecstatic for the health benefits but even without them, it's important to not eat animals if it's not necessary. And it's not necessary for the vast majority of people who have access to supermarkets and grocery stores. Beans, lentils, legumes, potatoes, etc are some of the least expensive foods and most can aquire them easier than animal parts.
This documentary is a good start but I hope others also explore more and learn about the environmental and ethical reasons to stop eating animals.
