This was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen, ever. It is as if a hormonal, 14 year old fanfiction author on Wattpad wrote it. It was simply devoid of any coherent plot line, character development, or style. I cringed throughout the entire movie not only out of embarrassment but also disgust; as there were many instances in the film where the leading female character was sexually assaulted or abused by the leading ‘alpha-male’ and this kind of behavior was consistently encouraged, tolerated, and I would even go so far as to say fetishized; it was sickening. There are so many problems with this movie both from a moral and technical standpoint, I could go on for paragraphs. In short, I have definitely sustained brain damage from witnessing this flaming garbage heap of a film. Don’t watch it.
