This film really captures the perspective of war as this film was made durin the (Cold war) as well as being on 10 or so years away from the war it was based on. I highly recommend

This movie is great as it shows the struggle that Britain and its politicians went through to regain confidence and morale not just within the army but within its public. And the debate scenes were there own mini wars within un on going struggle for power and dominance which is firmly in Sir Winston Churchill's hands, as he promises tears, sweat and life for his people

This movie was very different but had a great story that no one, not even historians would think about making into a movie I really enjoyed.
