watched this movie a few times now since release, and sure the characters should be predimnantly asian or at least mixed with asian. but the inclusion of other races isn't the end of the world. The music is amazing, the avatar state and bowing scene at end is amazing. There were corny lines and scenes but there's also quirky and corny lines in the cartoon swell. I think people hated on this because they wanted it to reflect the cartoon a bit too much. overall great movie and unfortunate there won't be another. I must say it is better than the Netflix show imo.
