I love this book. Simple to read, easy to do. 24 hours divided into 3 phases: drive, cruise and snooze. It has made my life easier in terms of best times to eat and when to clock off work at end of day instead of driving myself fruitlessly. And using up my precious cruise and snooze time.
I am recommending Clock on to Health to my clients cos I think a lot of us struggle when are optimal times to eat and work and exercise. So thanks Josh for this ancient wisdom revitalised and updated.
