A truly awful movie. No emotional content. Uninspiring acting. Turgid script. A typical attempt to find her relevant in some way. Sumptuous sets. Watching this movie is enough to make you hate Bernhardt forever. The most boring film I’ve seen for a long time. Thank god she’s dead.
