Overall, it seems the author just vomited up information and tried to piece it together into a book. As an avid history reader, I went into this book excited but came out frustrated. I rarely ever give up on books but I just had to. I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, that it’ll pick up but by page 219 I called it quits. One of the hardest books to trudge through. Its sentences and paragraphs are so jumbled together I kept having to reread sentences so many times.
