After reading this book, i have started analysing myself more and have started accepting and understanding some of the traits that i wish i never had which has created this new sense of self awareness. This book has also helped me analyse people more and also helped me understand their nature better. I feel like i could relate to some things in the book and has since started working on myself to improve these negative traits to become a better person in general.

Reading this book has changed the way i look and talk to people. It has made it easier to understand the behaviour of others towards me and how they really feel about me. I have taken on a more gentle approach when talking to the people around me because i understand them more now. I would and have recommended this book to the people on the self help journey because its simply that good!

This book is really easy to understand and explains a lot on how to start new habits that are healthy, it also speaks a lot on how to identify these unhealthy habits and the first steps on how to illuminate them. This book has been recommended to me numerous times and now i am the one thats recommending it because its that good

This book has really taught me what to care about and what not to care about in essence. It has a good message and really makes some valid points that makes you question why you cared about something that was so irrelevant. It also brings light to some of your behaviours and attitudes towards a lot of real-life situations
