I started reading this book as a 25-year-old trying to find her way to re-engage with books after 2-3 years.
And it worked out. Not only was the story interesting—not the typical Dadi Ma story—but the various activities of Aaji and the adventure of Nooni kept me hooked on the book. Don't shy away from reading this out as a comfort book, thinking it's for children. Nope, it made me realize how important it is for children to go out and be children rather than preparing for a competitive world and what overall development means.
I am Thankful to Ms. Murthy for publishing such simple and easy reading books.
PS. You can't go wrong with her books anyway.
