Will never watch create and craft again ,don't buy anything from them and don't buy from Tonic Studios ,I ordered Santa and Friends dies in October ,I received Bits and Bobs dies not really the same ,I've been complaining ever since to return this item and get a refund or the dies set I ordered,but just keep getting the same email ,I've even phoned twice and one time had the phone put down on me that's how rude customer services are ,no one wants to know , they've got my money now ,I even sent a photo of the item they sent ,it's been going on for too long now ,if you want to take pot luck on what you actually receive when you buy something good luck ,I want be doing that again ,I give one star because you can't give zero stars .
