In 1st season your estranged 14 year old brother tells you that Apocalypse is coming and you don't believe him. Okay, makes sense. Then you see that it's true and he was right and when he tells you that it's happening again then you shrug it off! You saw firsthand that he isn't wrong. The reasons they have in season 2, Luther: My gangster boss cares for me so I can't leave the job. Diego: I have to save JFK (even though he will die 3 days later). Vanya: I can't leave Harlan or he'll die. Allison: I have a family and Black people rights to fight for. Klaus: I have to save Dave. You fu****g morons, everybody will die, it's the fu****g apocalypse.
