I wanted to like it, because I’m a fan of horror movies & the franchise. Unfortunately there was nothing in the movie that had me really scared. I felt like the storyline was ok, but the pacing was way slow. I read another comment mentioning they give no context as to why the entity is there, its name, where the mirror originates from, anything at all. I second that. The VFX were minimal, I still don’t know what the entity really looks like after 2h15.
