I just remembered this book existed and had to look it up lmao. I had to study this book for my HSC in 2019 and though I hated it at first because it was for school, I did end up enjoying it. The book made me cry towards the end and either that or JoJo’s bizzare adventure was the first media to make me cry. If they are still making kids do this for HSC and you’re stuck with it, it gets good, just trust me
