I’ve kept going because there were some glimmers of hope in that it might become worthwhile.
Now it’s taken the most ridiculous turn and I am not going to give it any more of my time.
There’s also a sprinkle of anti Muslim tones which do not sit comfortably, with me at least - Trump fans would probably love it.
Meantime I’m packing it in at about 80% through and wishing I’d bailed out around 700 pages earlier
