The game crashes constantly meaning that actually completing a game is harder than ever. Not what I would expect from a £60 game.
Some quality of life changes are required. Such as merchant routing, ranged units attacking (being shown as movement) and buildings' productions not being shown when building over them. Also I would like my scouts to be able to roam.
I was very disappointed to find there were no scenarios in civ 7. I hope they add some in the future.
I do however welcome some of the changes to the way the game is played, I enjoy the new ages system and having to the pick a new civilisation going forward and having the game set in 3 distinct parts where your cities take a blanket reset, it makes each age feel fresh and being able to switch up tactics. I didn't think I would like it, but I do.
I cannot give this game more than two stars as it feels broken and needs a lot of work. I want to give it one star, but I know that is just because I am angry.
