I’m a history buff and am loving The First Lady with the exception of Viola Davis’ performance. The actor playing Barack Obama is first rate and while Ms. Davis is an excellent actor as well, her depiction of Michelle Obama is over the top—almost cringe worthy. Why did the director not reel her in?
