You don’t kill off the lead character of James Bond and let the villain win. Who ever wrote this script isn’t any kind of JB fan. It’s a left wing writers idea of social justice on the screen. The dialogue was philosophical dribble. And the farewell at the end was a joke. They missed a real opportunity to close. Out the character with one of his greatest wins but the only peace they gave him was death. I really hated the entire film.
